- When a merchant makes a payment, the specified amount is credited to their wallet within the Pobo application.
- The wallet balance reflects the amount paid and can be used for various services offered by Pobo.
- The wallet balance does not represent actual money but is a digital representation of the amount paid.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for payments that have not been utilized or allocated for specific tasks within the Pobo application.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Payments that have been fully or partially used for services within the Pobo application.
- Payments made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Refunds will not be issued for any amount used for completed tasks, fulfilled orders, or any other service availed through Pobo.
3. Refund Process
